Edit: beware, I intentionaly left on base setup white insertes (stack inserters) which u dont have yet. It is there for you to know were to place after getting them. Teporary replace them for green inserters.
I recomend to bring along: concrete, heat pipes, boilers (for first craft of heating towers and heat pipe build into power setup), steam turbines, heating exchangers. You will also need some landfill for first biochambers as stone is on Gleba scarce, iron plates, electronic circuits (green cards).
For energy connect left or right bottom pipe system to water pump (or anywhere in base, they are all connected together, without pumps anywhere), you need two offshore pumps for whole base. Feed first made thermal towers with rocket fuel which you bring along.
There is input for stone, you need it asap to get landfill to build first chambers (if you dont bring landfill along).
To startup whole proces you need as much input materials as possible. There is few chabers in red circle for system startup, you need to feed about 200 bioflux and some nutriments into nutri chaber in orange circle to startup whole base (asuming you have managed at least some input farms).
Later after startup put some nutriments into pentapod nutriment chambers.
Build has a lot of bio spm due to fast spoilage so spaceship dont have to wait for full load before old pack spoil (mind dumping spoilage into space on spaceship as it might spoil while traveling/before unload).
One pentapod egg to start proces (both sides). Excess pentapod eggs are burnt. If you keep steady inputs flow it will never hatch as science chambers wont acept any eggs if there is at least 4000 science pack in logistic network (chest near rocket silo).
After u have enough power, you can put ore bacteria to chambers in belt circles next to furnaces. Thanks to recyclers you never run out of iron bacteria so they cultivate infinitely as you keep inputs steady. Thanks to recyclers exces ore bacteria will void to make place for fresh ones.
I recomend asap research stack inserters which you put to nutriment chambers outputs (only outputs for base/pentapod eggs. Dont replace others as it may clog. Next replace output for ore bacteria + ore (both).
For input you need at least 5-6 agricultural towers for Yumako (red balls) and 4 for Jellynut (braaaaains) with all farming tiles. To not worry for high excess there are input chests, connect them to towers for enable/disable signal Yumako or Jellynut 2000.
This bp is high power dependent (with the perimeter defense drains power even on standby), so it wont work if input demand is not satified, you need to burn excess bio material to have enough power.
Capacitors are for defense purpose to have enough power bursts.
