Edit: 06/05/2020, I have "refined" my blueprint, pun intended. Now, you can use this blueprint from the earliest game to the latest game.
Everything is tileable and balanced. Overlap the end beacons to tile. It is close to the maximum amount of petroleum that can produced in game. You can get an infinite amount of each oil by storing petroleum in the form of tanks, plastic, fuel, or anything else.
Input:
- 50 MW
- 300 k/m water (optional for max output)
- 10 k/m oil (optional for max output)
Output:
- 10 k/m petroleum
Based off https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comments/bquv47/clean_and_expandable_oil_refinery_design_with/
My first All Oils Refinery is better for malls because you do not continuously need to to drain petroleum https://factorioprints.com/view/-LI1eCkK8GjQWSnM6AF4, but this one is better for the main game because it produces more petroleum.
Any suggestions and comments below?
