Produces roughly 60/min blue belt, 5/min underground and 2/min splitters. Also produces and exposes all earlier belts. Outputs are not balanced to cover peaks in demand, but can favor some parts more than others.
Blue belts AND rocket fuel? The oil production had an excess of light oil, so it is used to produce rocket fuel. Use this for rocket parts, or consume it for power. If not consumed, the blue belts production will stall.
