You can change tier 3 assembly into tier 2
If you don't want to have 3 thruster you can delete those on the sides. Add item limits (asteroid types) in constant combinator and it should change filter for waste inserter. Max speed: 202 km/h Average speed: 130km/h
Efficiency of thruster: around 95%
