Semi-Compact colour display for showing how much science you have in your base. It has one display that constantly cycles through all seven science packs and illuminates according to amount present in logistics.
Requires you to drop an iron plate on the belts next to the substation. Depending on what side of the belt you put it on, the display will cycle through the different colours fast or slow. Putting it on the outer side for a slower cycle seems to look better.
