Controlled 2x4 Nuclear Reactor for Space Exploration

Uses steam buffers and control circuits to optimize fuel cell consumption.

To setup, supply:

1. Water on the left/right side into the outer pipes
2. Fuel cells to the INSIDE of the red belt-roundabout. Best to inject at the splitter.
3. Remove burned fuel cells from the belts (it will stop working when fuel cells cannot be removed)
