An updated version of Nytromance Games’s plan, but actually functional: Correct underground pipe and belt lengths.
Much more of a departure from the original than some of my other updates - this one is more compact and tears out all the excess needless cooling arrays. A bit of Cold Thermofluid is being piped in from the Energy 1 setup to the east, but that could be skipped. Please note the Stringweasel Valve between the Thermal Radiators and the Laser Facility: This is to prevent fluid deadlocks, and can be replaced with a wired pump if you don't use the Valves mod.
Factorio 2.0, Krastorio 2, Space Exploration 0.7x, stringweasel’s Valves mod, and xkyouchoux’s Space Age Building Integration mods. Should be easy to adjust without the last two.
