Generic upcycler with the following parameters:
- Item to be crafted
- Normal recycle threshold (i.e. this many 'Normal' quality will be kept in a storage chest, above that is recycled)
- Uncommon recycle threshold
- Rare recycle threshold
- Epic recycle threshold
- Stack size
- Ingredient multiplier (ingredients times this value will be requested for the normal assembler. Set high for recipes that are fast/have a low number of ingredients, and low for the opposite)
All parameters except for the target item can be modified after placement at the constant combinator.
The normal assembler is also intentionally located on the 'outside' out of the blueprint, which allows you to belt in ingredients rather than relying solely on the requester chest. This can be useful for recipes that use a large amount of raw materials without many complex intermediaries, such as gun turrets)
This isn't the most efficient way to do upcycling for things you want high volume of max quality of, but I've found it useful for upcycling low volumes of items in the midgame for items you want to have a couple of mid-tier quality (e.g. asteroid collectors, which are essentially twice as good when upgraded to uncommon)
