A bootstrap base kludge for the Space Exploration mod. Based on VonFlaffenhausen's Space Exploration Starter Base and expanded to include Chemical Science, trains and bots for ease of construction when building a proper base. Everything is based on guestimates, and there's no shortage of spaghetti.
Steel smelting requires medium electric pole, which requires steel to build. You figure it out. Oil refinery includes circuits to ensure sufficient lubricant production for bots. Upgrade planner to upgrade wooden chests to provider chests included, but I'll leave it up to you to figure out where to fit the roboports.
