This set of blueprints allows for a logistic train network in vanilla Factorio (with several major caveats).

While this system can be modified to work with any train configuration, the provided blueprints are specifically for single-header, 1-locomotive, 2-cargo-wagon trains using Right-Hand Drive. Green wire must be used to connect stations together across the Factory. You'll also need to be on 0.16 for the ability to blueprint station names.
