This is my base to rush to personal roboports as fast as reasonable. You can do it quicker or with less space, but every other way I tried out will take way do much time to refactor.
It uses KOS mall for most parts but adds an additional belts production to jumpstart the mall building. After this you can start building the circuits and science parts. It also has oil and everything. Just leave out the parts that are not needed at the moment.
Just add your smelting. I felt great with one Belt of iron and copper but the base can be extended to four lanes each. However after I have bots I normally start my big buildings.
