My take on Advanced Circuits when using expensive recipes. Input is ~1/3 express belt copper plate, 1/2 plastic bar, and 1/4 electronic circuit. Output is 1/6 express belt. You can combine three with a 3 to 1 splitter to make half a belt, then two of those to make a full belt.
