Compact, Smart 1.1 GW 2x4 nuclear plant "little witch"

Features:
- Compact: probably the most compact design that maintains the correct ratio. Only 1 roboport is needed for entire construction.
- Perfect ratio. 1.1 GW sustained power with minimal materials
- One side water: very easy to connect to water, no need of landfill or waterfill mods
- Minimalistic build material requirement, only 214 heat pipes, 12 substations and 1 roboport.
- Smart fuel insertion: insert 1 fuel only when steam storage is low. If you worry about UPS or are on steam tank embargo, you can simply delete all circuit combinators and steam tanks
- Has the potential to be quite UPS friendly if you remove steam tanks and circuits
- Despite being one of the most compact design, there are plenty of space around the core area to allow easy conversion to belt-feed or additional circuitries.
Setup:
- Just connect water, provide fuel, then turn the constant combinator on the top which marks "power switch" to "on".
