Everything needed for Rocket Silos except stone/concrete can be produced in space, so I went looking for a blueprint of a rocket silo space platform factory.... And there wasn't one!
It's twist on Nilaus's Resource Platform that I made. It makes Rocket Silos, all you have to do is import 1k concrete per Silo and 1 load of heavy oil barrels. It can make the trip to any planet including Aquilo. Although it will have more downtime due to steam and other resources being borrowed. It can produce Rocket Silos to drop from orbit to expand your space ports. If you haven't been to Vulcanus or Fulgora yet, you can swap out the foundries, for smelters and assemblers and the EMPs with assemblers, with some finangling.
EDIT: a pipe got disconnected when I was finishing up the build, and petroleum wasn't connected to the chemical plant for plastic. The issue is fixed now
The 8 constant combinators mark where to put the assembler to unpack the heavy oil, once the process is started however you don't need it and will have to remove it to allow plastic and steam to pass through.
