This is an improvement on the original design by vasek7 here, which I've used myself over several runs but often tweak to my own liking.
This version features the following:
- Upgradable book so that you can get running as quickly as possible without the need for Logistics 3/blue belts.
- More compact, fitting more machines within the beacon area
- Overflow mechanism for excess Uranium-238
- Prioritizes Uranium-238 from used uranium fuel cells to prevent backups
- Also includes nuclear rocket fuel production
- Will not get stuck™
