This is a modular and compact Kovarex processing plant with beacons supported. Each row of beacons (except outer-most) covers two rows of centrifuges. So, each centrifuge is covered by at least 4, but mostly by 6 beacons. The advantage of this design is compactness - returning belt with U-238 doesn't take any space, and no returning belt for U-235 is required. Output from uranium processing might be fed by one belt for both kinds of Uranium, though separation by lane is recommended, and is necessary when starting processing automatically (otherwise U-238 will fill all lanes and there won't be a way to supply U-235 to start the process). When starting by feeding U-235 manually, it's not required, as it will be separated from U-238 by splitter, eventually.
You place it by overlapping beacons.
