A setup to alarm you when you belt on fulgora gets clogged or empties out.
Connect the the belt with filtered cogs with the top right compinators input. Read the belts content on pulse.
The machine will count all bypassing cogs within 10 seconds.
If 0 cogs passed by an alarm is played continuously until cogs pass by again.
