I usually prefer to handle my cooling elsewhere, but there's a few different temps at play here. Note the use of Stringweasel Valves to control the levels. You'll need to recreate those parts with wired pumps if you don't use the Valves mod.
Factorio 2.0, Krastorio 2, Space Exploration 0.7x, stringweasel’s Valves mod, and xkyouchoux’s Space Age Building Integration mods. Should be easy to adjust without the last two.
