All capacity is based on a yellow belt, meaning capacity can scale with the belt.
To calculate scaled capacity, simply multiply by the belt tier (Yellow = 1, Red = 2, and so on).
Stats at full throughput:
Green Circuit: 1800/min
Red Circuit: 900/min
Blue Circuit: 90/min
Changelog:

v1.1: No shortages at all. As long as you can expand, the only limit is output.
