One possible recreation of the ruined base found at the beginning of the fifth map of the tutorial. Coal/stone miners, offshore pumps, and extra train tracks removed to make it easier to adapt this base to other save files, but it still works best when built around a patch of coal. Works great as a place to make just red and green science. Remove the burner mining drill if you use this blueprint on a save file other than the tutorial.
