Produces all inserters. It's relatively well-balanced, using Assembling Machine 1 for the "rarer" inserters you don't use that often (or that are otherwise bottle-necked by basic resource inflow into the production line). The speed modules are optional (just optimal production given full resource input).
Top belt takes red circuits. Middle belt takes green circuits. bottom belt takes iron plates.
