With either 1, 2, 3 or 4 belts of input, balance this onto between 1 and 8 belts of output.
This is the red belt version. The screenshot shows only the blueprints for 1 and 2 belts of input. The blueprint book contains the 3 and 4 input belt versions too. The screenshot is the yellow belt version. The book is the red belt version.
