Uses legendary items but should be easy to downgrade. This one is more of a proof-of-concept, not a ready-to-use blueprint.
Each recycler have two corresponding requester chests. First one requests scrap, second one request everything else. Inserter for scrap chest is wired to everything-else-chest and is enabled only if second chest is empty.
