The upper belt gives out Blue Circuits.
The middle Red Belt feeds in Green Circuits.
And the bottom one feeds in Red Circuits.
The max production is limited by rate of Green Circuits supplied, w/ red Belt it is more than enough to support 12 assembler (assume crafting speed=1).
This blueprint gives you a 2x2 assembler as a module.
