This scheme consume scrap 720/s (three full belts) + 120/s (half belt) from support module for some extra concrete. Also its need about 200-400 legendary logistic bots (depent from your bots speed technology level. It made with +200% scrap productivity. For +100% scrap productivity need added more scrap recyclers and more belts with scrap. By default it transport legendary plates in space, you can remove this and added train station if needed. I try to make it as smaller as possible, so it can be build on majority of big and medium islands on Fulgora.
P.S. Scheme is autonomous, just added raw scrap and oil fuel. So to get 240/s Legendary Electromagnetic Science you need to build only 25 of those modules :) And also some few for Legendary Cryogenic Science....
