"Recursive" because the buffer chest requests enough supplies to make more of the same. "Tileable" because you can connect them on the diagonals (registered at the three 'corner' power poles) indefinitely. "Production" because it supplies a plat of powered, networked space to make stuff.
Set the decider combinator on the North side to some input, then you can remotely control whether the interior plat is on or off with a signal. The exterior ring is always on and provides throughput of power, signal, and logistics irrespective of individual plats' production.
Overall, this design is wasting space and potentially sparing power and materials.
The concrete specs were for eyeballing the spaces during design, but don't mean too much now. Feel free to concrete the world, or not.
