I took Nilaus' starter base and added a few things I always ended up building anyway. The main purpose was to add nanobots production, so I also broke the base into phases, so your hand crafted nanobots don't go crazy and build things you don't need yet.
I tried to keep it lightweight but also have a place to drop excess wood and stone, and have some steam engines ready to go when I inevitably run out of power.
