Starter base for Aquilo. Bring lots of rocket fuel (2k) or nuclear reactor for heating startup. After heating towers gets above 500°C put some ice in chemical plant. First Cryogenic plants are made in assebler. In furnaces smelt gathered lithium from ice debris.
