A simple setup that creates 2 full blue belts of green circuits. Can be expanded in the middle and on the outside to go up to 4 belts, but that'll be another blueprint.
Notes: Uses 4 Productivity 3 modules in each assembler and 2 Speed 3 modules in each beacon.
