Self-starting hybrid steam power plant with a dedicated solar and accumulator backup network.
The steam section provides the main power output, while the isolated solar network powers only the boiler fuel inserters. This allows the plant to automatically recover from a complete steam-grid blackout because the inserters remain powered and can continue feeding fuel into the boilers.
The roboports are intentionally excluded from the solar backup network and are powered only by the steam grid. This prevents roboport charging and logistics activity from draining the emergency accumulators.
