It makes 10 red circuits per second, 600/m with max production. It inputs on belts and outputs with bots.
Top is copper, middle is iron and bottom is plastic. It's setup to belt the plastic from the network, or take in by belt.
The decider in the middle limits output to only work when there is less then 500 available in network.
