Splits ore, Kovarex, makes and reprocesses fuel cells, and supplies both U238, and U235 (when the belts are full) to the robo network.
This model shouldn't have to be babysat for the kovarex, priority splitters and circuit make sure that only a few machines process first, then it goes to the next branch, so on.
Limits production of fuel cells to 10.
Limits U235 to 300, can be changed in the stack inserters at the back.
Stops ore splitting if chests of U238 are mostly full (18k).
Uses about 15 MW of power, just make sure you have iron plates somewhere in the network to make the fuel cells
