Bus Counter with a lil display.

Instructions inside the blueprint. I gonna leave the previous counter on the bp book for learning purposes for everyone.<br/> I'll be adding a proper liquid detector when I know how to do it properly.<br/> Inside the blueprint book you have the previous counter I had and the new counter, much more modular and customizable.<br/>

A way to modularize the items for Bit Packing.<br/> A counter with lamps (numbers).<br/> Things that you say in the comments section if you have ideas.<br/>

• Increased the amount of lamps for a better colour mapping.<br/>
• Now the average is divided by 9 to get the items throughput per second.<br/>
• Added an average per minute.<br/>
