Bus Counter with a lil display.

I gonna leave the previous counter on the bp book for learning purposes for everyone.
I'll be adding a proper liquid detector when I know how to do it properly.
Inside the blueprint book you have the previous counter I had and the new counter, much more modular and customizable.

- Increased the amount of lamps for a better colour mapping.
- Now the average is divided by 9 to get the items throughput per second.
- Added an average per minute.
