A set of combinators to ensure loading and unloading are balanced. IE., When a station of a same name has more resources than another, this combination will ensure that a station buffer containing more resources for loading or fewer resources for unloading has a higher priority over others. Works best with multiple stations in close proximity.
Instructions as follows:
Use < for loading, > for unloading.
Red from arithmetic out to power poles (isolated net) to send resource * ID for comparison.
Red from decider out to station to set priority.
Green/red from buffer direct to arithmetic input to provide resource amount.
Constant combinator ensures signal exists; no signal breaks logic.
Set resource and order (virtual signal) per station.
Train condition: (resource) = 0
