Consumes slightly less than 15k water per second via 12 pipes placed on shorter edges. Requests 5 fuel cells per reactor with requester chests, put used up fuel cells into passive provider logistic chests.
Works effectively on any load from 0 to 1.4 GW. Fuel cells are inserted only when needed, so they will not be wasted. Detects if there are no fuel cells in any of the chests or if there is clearly not enough water in input tanks and blocks cells insertion. In case of shortage of water shows on which side problem is by position of alert icon on map.
Fuel insertion can be manually blocked by enabling constant combinator with L=1 output.
