1.1GW Nuclear - Diamond Tileable v1.0

This blueprint was inspired by the work https://factorioprints.com/view/-LSvxWzDi_R0OFreNqYf done by @Halke1986.

Did you ever need massive power but don't have a lot of water? This design only needs a 22 tile wide body of water, and if you have a 22x22 body, you can tile 4 of these designs around it.

Improvements on the work done by Hallke1986 include:

• A complete layout change to minimize and equalize as much as possible the heat pipe lengths as well as water pipe lengths.
• Circuitry and inserter logic to load fuel at the same time on all reactors for maximum efficiency bonus, as well as to allow only one to be inserted and only if low on steam.
• Added steam tank storage to help with fuel logic as well as to buffer power for more efficiency.
• Interior of the design is powered by it's own solar, to ensure that it continues to run even in brownout conditions.
• SELF PRIMING: Just build it and it will start on its own.
• Tested in "god mode" with a heavy load, it works really well and is reasonably balanced. Will produce 1.0-1.1GW all day long.

Downsides vs. the inspiration blueprint: It's a bit larger.

Notes:

• While the bots are building it, it's possible that the inserters will put too much fuel in one or more reactors prior to the logic coming online. This is not a big deal, it will settle out later when steam builds and power demand is low. You can also manually remove excess fuel or just have some patience.
• There is ONE combinator up near the offshore pumps. Set "S" equal to the desired minimum steam level. Maximum is just over 1,000,000, so I have it set to 300K (about 30%). Adjust this up or down depending on your needs.
• Since there are NO roboports on the "internal" power network, if all power is lost externally, you will lose robot logistics to ferry fuel. But this would be true even if you had one working roboport, if power is down outside you have problems.
