Description
Creates different types of ore from water.
It makes iron ore, copper ore, crystal dust, gold ore, platinum ore, and chrome ore.
A bit more than a hundred iron ore is produced per minute, and copper is half of that.
Pros:
- It's fully tileable vertically
- Ores don't need to be mined, and are generated from a free resource
- Produces a decent amount of ore considering it's free
- Ratios are very close to perfect
- Belts are balanced often
- Produces iron and copper 2:1, perfect for red science
- Input pipes can be connected pretty much anywhere
Cons:
- Uses a considerable amount of power
- You have to store all the ores you don't need
- It's expensive to set up
- Requires Bob's Inserters
