-Generates: 144 x 9MW = 1296 MW
You may expand the powerplant unlimited.
No steam buffer (for cheap fuels).
Water consumption:
18 Heat Exchangers needs 2160L water/sec. Use PUMP -> max 3 pipes -> PUMP.
If you have a mod that allows you to create water anywhere, then remove the input pumps and pipes. Connect shore pumps directly to heat exchangers (1080L water/sec).
