Consumes 240 scrap per second (a fully stacked turbo belt) using normal quality items and tier 3 modules.
Takes scrap from the logistics network and recycles it to produce normal ingredients, then sorts the result into logistics chests. Scrap is only recycled when needed; If the outputs are not consumed, recycling stops.
Recycling outputs are made available in buffer chests, it is necessary to check "Request from buffer chests" to receive them.
