Needs to get primed with some energy of course, but after that you'll get a max output of 430 MW cause of all the heat pipes. Another byproduct is rocket fuel but it only works full time if you hook up another ice consumer (Check out my ice platform module!)
You'll lose more power if you don't get another heat source for your pipes. It is also not a super optimized setup so there's still room for more power/fewer heat pipes if you wanna try that.
