The constant combinator stores groups of recipes, enable the groups you want the mall to craft. You can select multiple, but if you select more than 2-3 the box size will be too small to craft everything.
It's tileable, small, cheap and covers many recipes (can be extended).
It uses hysteresis to reduce recipe changes.
It's not ingredient efficient and it's not smart.
