This Mall is a new combination from my previous attempts:

Now the combination with miniloader!
Settings in the Mod config is:
- Transport belt overhaul = active
- Transport belt speed overhaul = active
- Belt distance per tier = 4
- Belt require previous tier = active
- Belt first tier distance = 5
- Inserter overhaul - deactivated Warning Bluprint does not fit with active
- Inserter require previous tier - activated
