This setup will protect your base from all enemies on this planet.
In this design, two Tesla turrets will always remain active, which is more than enough to fend off small enemies. If a large group of heavy stompers attacks your base, they will inevitably break a wooden post, activating all Tesla turrets in the block. Once all wooden posts are repaired, the turrets will deactivate.
It is recommended to use higher-quality Tesla turrets for the first row, as occasionally, if more than 10 heavy stompers attack, they might damage a turret. I have used this setup for a long time and have never observed turrets being destroyed by stompers.
Ensure your base has a stockpile of wooden posts, and it’s advisable to keep spare turrets on hand to restore the defense system. If you run out of posts for repairs, you risk losing power to your base, as each active block of turrets can consume up to 126 megawatts of energy.
