Blueprint book containing LTN Stations and a toolbox for creating LTN requester/provider cells.

Improvements of this book:
- Higher throughput loading/unloading stations
- Full 12 stack inserters per wagon, limited loading of requester chests to avoid unnecessary bot traffic
- Alternative/simpler way to attach cells to a 2-lane system
Comments on usage:
- For the Universal Requester, set the X values to your required inputs (negative values). Example is visible in the Sample Assembler cell
- If you use a requester and provider in parallel, you might want to connect the requester input to the provider output via a decider combinator, so your trains don't go around in circles. Example is also in the Assembler cell blueprint.
- Sometimes multiple requesters are needed in parallel to satisfly throughput requirements; then you don't need the inputs to the lamp for the additional requesters (you can simply delete the LTN inputs, and wire the input lamps of the requesters together)
