Basic space starter to get your first platform into space to start science production.
This BP aligns with the QSB-Rail Block, and sits above/below the labs. You'll need to super-force place this BP as there are several splitters that are added to the QSB.
Fast it is not, but it'll get you there while you start to expand on Nav.
