So with 2.0 i realized that the new fluid mechanics mean that most of the old reactor blueprints either dont work or are designed in a way that utilized pumps having 12k/s pumping or didn'tt utilize the new pipe's very high throughput.
The beauty of this design and using 2.0's advantages is that you don't need to place this over water. You only really need to pump enough water to the 2 tanks at the top for the reactor, which is easily calculated by multiplying total heat exchangers by 10.3
Starter reactor and each expansion only needs 1071 water per second, which is easily coverable by adding one offshore pump per expansion. It is also slightly overbuilt on the starter reactor since adding at least one expansion means the neighbour bonus of the expansion will increase the starter reactor's output.
