A small-ish compact-ish oil processing plant.
Due to beacons, the 'normal' 5-1-7 formula is a bit different. The refineries have a speed of 5.55 and a production of 30%, the chemical factories have a a speed of 5.68 and a production of 30%.
This leads to 7 refineries, 2 heavy->light and 10 light->gas factories.
Total input is 777 oil/s and 1071 water/s, both doable with a pipe less than 100 segments long. The result is barreled, but that can obv be removed. Also there is a lube factory producing lube. The heavy oil crackers are only enabled when there is enough oil.
This factory produces 74 lube/s and ~1000 gas/s
