Blueprint is limited to 86.4 spm but only by science plants not by other ingredients, any quality plant or speed module will yield ~90spm (next limit is holmium).
Should fit on most medium sized islands.
Also produces rocket parts.
Designed for efficiency (tier 2 modules) and power consumption.
Designed for blue belts. Red belts will limit output, some red undergrounds are needed.
