Caveats:
- BETA - some bugs may exist but most have been worked out.
- Does not produce ammunition, artillery shells, turrets, etc.
- Circuit controlled production from Combinators at front is only prepared, not fully installed.
- Bug in Stage 1 with a UG on the right side.
Features:
- Modular
- Staged design, so as you progress through the tech tree your mall grows in an organized manner.
- Can be built in stages from Logistics 2 with only minimal changes between upgrades and remain appropriate all the way through your first 1000 rockets.
- Belt fed, Bot output for decent UPS, functionality, upgradability.
- Simple connections from bus
- Only acid/water/lube from bus
- No expectation to be provided batteries or blue circuits, etc.
- Makes its own bots, blue circuits, modules
- Includes nuclear, solar, and Power Armor mk2.
- Says MALL in concrete so its very easy to find on a Pub Server.
- Really pretty.
- Train add-on is designed for 2-4-2 LHD trains, automatically refuels them. Stations are to unload random crap to the mall, to load stuff from the mall using logistics, and to just refuel a train/manual stop without screwing with the cargo.
Recommendations:
- Concrete is placed in the ideal spot for a sidewalk along the bus.
- Leave space to add artillery, ammo, etc. adjacent as the game progresses.
- As you upgrade, hover the print over and check the red squares to make sure they're what you want.
Attribution:
- Partially derived from the SK, KoS, and JRL malls.
Fixes since v2.1:
- Removed a whole ton of unnecessary modules
- Removed crappy military stuff on the side.
- Converted mall to work with red belts again, further developed stage progression of mall
- Train fuel is now automatically selected based on the best available
- Train section is now an optional separate print.
Todo for v2.3
- Resolve any bugs in the stages
- Circuit control production
- Storefront access chests need to go back in
- Enhance/fix a small area about 3/4 of the way up on the left side with gaps (drones, concrete, nuclear, solar)
- Develop a set of military add-ons
- A yellow-belt variant of Stage 0/1
