It's a book, its a base, no its a BASE IN A BOOK!
This book of blueprints starts you with a simple starter base that produces 2 red and 2 green science per second. Then you can simply select the next phase of construction to add more functionality. I intentionally try to keep the inputs to RAW materials or those with minimal trivial processing. So iron and copper plates, steel plates, coal, gas, lubricant, water. Everything else is made internally as needed.
Part 1 - Red and Green Science, as well as mass smelting sufficient to feed the entire mainbelt.
